How we select specialists
- First, we analyze the vacancy and collect customer information to uncover the requirements, tasks, team, project / product, overall performance of the company. The more information we have, the easier it is for us to communicate with candidates and present the vacancy and the company in the best light.
- Next, we contact the suitable candidates and offer them a vacancy. The average funnel for IT vacancies is 200-400 candidates. At the same time, the funnel contingent on the level of vacancy and technology stack can be from 100 to 1000 candidates.
- After that, we launch into screening all interested candidates. Those meeting the requirements of the vacancy are forwarded to the Customer for further evaluation; eventually the latter gets 5-10 resumes out of the above funnel. In this way, the Customer saves time and effort searching for the candidate and making preliminary evaluation. Moreover, he/she can right away send the candidates submitted by our agency for a technical interview.
