Head of Food Service Delivery: Scope of work
- Build and implement a highly effective strategy for food service distribution business;
- Provide a comprehensive analysis of the competitive environment;
- Manage both direct and functional food service delivery teams;
- Maintain and improve strategic KPIs to ensure sustainable business development;
- Monitor customer needs and prioritizes service development recommendations.
- Knowledge of retail business and/or distribution business;
- Strong leadership and remote management skills;
- Passion for the customer experience;
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
