Customer service manager


We are looking for a Customer service manager who will take care of the customer satisfaction and production process.

3HLinen is Ukrainian Company specialized in producing and selling home & living linen goods to European and North America markets.  Production facilities are situated in Kyiv, Sales office is located in San Francisco (CA).


Perfect candidate for this role is an excellent team player, able to develop ways for achieving the identified objectives.


Major responsibilities:

  • Escalate and solve clients’ problems, work with customer’s feedback on the e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy) with aim to reach the top level of sales 
  • KPI’s tracking and regular reporting on the KPI’s of the Company  with aim to ensure the most attractive position of the Company among the competitors on the  e-commerce platforms
  • Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Control the quality of production by regular check-ups
  • Alert team about opportunities for further sales
  • Coordinate the work of the team to ensure timely production of the orders
  • Coordination of supply management and the work of colleagues in charge of delivery of products 

Professional requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager /Account Manager/Sales Manager
  • B2C experience
  • Proficient in MS Office with knowledge of CRM platforms
