GTO Talent Operations Manager

Our client, one of the leaders in the software development industry, is looking for GTO Talent Operations Manager for the Chernivtsi office.

Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy:

  • unique brand of location creating, promotion of location providing
  • creating staffing strategy according to data, statistic etc
  • staffing projects planning and allocation
  • market and competitors analyzing
  • predicting risks in staffing and providing a plan on how to minimize them
  • creating, analyzing and optimizing budget for staffing in location
  • ensuring cost-effective staffing process in the location

Leading a team of recruitment and resource management professionals:

  • team composition planning, capacity analyzing and optimizing
  • managing performance of the team, sync-up and status meeting conducting
  • calculating KPIs, salaries, bonuses for the team; ensuring that current motivation is appropriate
  • mentoring team members
  • performance review processing
  • clear and achievable goals setting
  • permanent feedbacks session conducting
  • trainings, knowledge sessions, other types of education conducting
  • potential of each team member detecting and developing
  • conflict situation resolving
  • teambuilding events organizing
  • recruitment statistic calculating and analyzing
  • database quality controlling

Collaboration with Delivery/client:

  • encouraging delivery for staffing in location
  • building trusted relationship with PMs, DD, CSL, Sales managers
  • sync-up, status meetings about staffing in location conducting
  • conflict situation during the staffing process resolving
  • feedbacks after staffing gathering and analyzing
  • providing market researches and market analysis according to requests

Collaboration with other team members:

  • retrospective meetings about staffing cases with BPs conducting
  • staffing leads assigning and allocating
  • requesting resources, vision, general strategy, feedbacks form GTA

Management

  • providing necessary information to TACLs, requesting improvement in some particular directions

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or higher

Experience:

  • 5+ years of IT industry experience in HR, recruiting or project management areas
  • 3+ years of managing team experience

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of software development company and outsourcing business functioning
  • Understanding of IT industry standards and trends
  • Understanding of recruiting and staffing processes

Skills and abilities:
