- Coordination of the training system in Shopping Centers: from video lessons to training for Directors (invitations, reminders, analysis, statistics, communication with HRs, etc.).
- Organizing and conducting training for representatives of the shopping center and the Office.
- Supervision and updating of the training unit for newcomers to the shopping center and the Office,
- Maintaining internal statistics on training and the ability to download it at any time (each unit has its own KPI).
- Full support for training department programs (according to the Catalog), including assistance in training and ordering stationery and products.
- Participation in the development of training.
- Tendering, coordinating staff training under the Individual Development Plan (English, coaching, etc.).
- Ability to lead training programs.
