An innovative company that manufactures and sells drones and stabilized suspensions with cameras is looking for a Sales Manager in Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

  • Active sales of the company’s products – from the initial call to the conclusion of the contract;
  • Realization of a full sales cycle: conducting negotiations, conclusion of contracts, preparation of commercial offers;
  • Shaping of individual conditions, according to customer requests;
  • Consultation of the customer regarding technical questions and the offered equipment;
  • Presentations of the company and products for clients and at the exhibitions;
  • Coordination of payments and shipments, transaction tracking;
  • Control of documentation workflow


  • Experience as a Sales Manager for at least 2 years  (small, unmanned aerial vehicles/equipment/cars).
  • Knowledge of the specifics of active sales in the B2B / B2G segment, skill in analyzing the market;
  • Knowledge of the suppliers and manufacturers of UAVs (preferably) market;
  • Technical literacy;
  • Being able to plan and achieve goals;
  • Skills and knowledge of various negotiation techniques;
  • Perseverance, the ability to persuade and create value, to work with objections;
  • Being a confident user: MS Office, 1C, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM;
  • An active life position, being sociable and able to work in a team;
  • Purposefulness, self-confidence, excellent networking and strong negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of English – upper-intermediate (both verbal and written);
  • Owning a personal car (preferably);
  • Willingness to travel.
