– searching for candidates – workers for construction projects;
– conducting interviews;
– assisting with HR-functions;
– communicating with the accounting company providing relocation assistance;
– maintaining candidates’ database;
– business trips to Sweden (monthly) and within Ukraine.
– 3+ years of experience in recruiting;
– experience with mass-recruitment preferably in construction area;
– knowledge of various approaches to searching and selecting candidates;
– upper-intermediate level of English is a must;
– flexibility and desire for development.
Experience in the construction industry will be a strong advantage.
