Project Success Manager

Our Client, a leading international software development company (e-commerce), is looking for an experienced Project Success Manager.

You will be a part of the team that oversees multiple aspects of ongoing complex projects and programs, including:

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders expectations;
  • Ensuring projects completed to a consistently high standard, within budget, objectives met on time;
  • Making sure deliverables are aligned across the inter-connected workstreams;
  • Monitoring project progress and assessing performance, managing the budget and reporting this at regular meetings with high-end managers and stakeholders;
  • Providing guidance to teams and technical project managers in a way that promotes the company’s culture, image and objectives.

You need to have

  • Proven experience of running e-commerce projects as a Project Manager (2+ years)
  • An understanding of the wider objectives of the project, such as business needs and goals
  • Broad knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
  • Outstanding managerial and organizational skills
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Degree in IT, Management, Business administration or related field
  • Ability to travel freely across the region of responsibility (Europe and the Middle East)
  • Fluent spoken and written English (C1 or above)

Will be an advantage

  • Experience in e-commerce will be an advantage
  • Project Management Certification
  • Experience of applying different software development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
  • Experience working in geographically distributed teams
  • Experience delivering multiple e-commerce platforms
