Our Client, a development company operating its property in Kyiv and Kyiv Region, is looking for a Director of Leasing Department (Shopping Mall).

Duties:

• Development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy;
• Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities;
• Negotiating with tenants, the conclusion of contracts;
• Budgeting;
• Development and implementation of marketing policy;
• Ensuring the work of the leasing department.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 5+ years of related experience in chief positions in commercial real estate;
• Experience in managing a team;
• In-depth understanding of sales techniques;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
• English would be an advantage.
